BellyBio- Interactive abdominal breathing. Place the I-phone to your belly and it tracks how well you are doing with diaphragmatic (belly) breathing showing waveform and providing music/sound as feedback. (iPhone only)

Calm – This app is commonly used to assist meditation and promote sleep. It discusses different stress reduction modalities. This is an adaptation using ‘Thomas the Train’ and self regulation of train’s ‘engines’ based on emotions.
